Outing10 - Pasir Panjang, Penang
|

'm too eager & excited to write down the whole experience of this outing... on the night of the outing.. Some of us (Me, Awa, Jem, Laily, Arif, Pezal and Zam) gathered at Tesco where we shopped all the necessary things.. Then right after we have our dinner at Tesco’s food court… all of us headed to Laily home.. where we were busy preparing the foods.. it was a total chaos but yet a very fun experience… the guys are given the task to peel and cut the onions (Arip did this alone as I only have one knife).. while the girls are busy cleaning and washing the chicken.. by 11pm all foods are ready.. we had successfully prepared the BBQ chicken, Kek Batik, and sardine for sandwiches…
The next morning…9 of us gathered at Bayan Baru Caltex at exactly 8.30am…and as usual I was the late sheep… hehe.. belive it or not…each one of us even has the outing pass as identification…
After a few sessions of photo shoots…we start our journey to Pasir Panjang, Balik Pulau…the journey was completely dreadful because of the awful and terrible road.. but whatever it is I enjoy the view.. at about 9.30am we arrived there.. we settled down at a very strategic spot under a big tree with a wooden swing slinging down from it… we never took long to notice the place… once everything’s in place.. we waited for Min as she has been given the task to bring the BBQ’s equipment.. while waiting, we filled the moment with ghost stories from each one of us…
At about 10am..Min arrived with all the equipments… and we start working on chicken as we start to starve… 15 mins later the chickens are ready.. we ate and chatted about everything that comes to our minds…. not many activities though.. while the guys are busy fishing ..though they don’t know how to fish…some of us sneaked into the camp and take a nap…
At 2pm…we finally have had enough and made our decision to go back… so we packed everything accordingly and made our way home…
It was fun…but a bit tiring since we have to go to work the next day…which is today… but whatever it is…I enjoyed every minute of it… looking forward for the next outing…
